Account actions

Temporarily suspend account

Temporarily suspending your account will prevent sign‑ins and pause your services. You can reactivate later by contacting support.

  • • Your data and settings will be preserved
  • • Reactivation is available via support

Reset account

Reset your account to the default state while keeping only the basic profile.
  • • All data and content will be deleted
  • • Settings will be restored to defaults
  • • All integrations will be removed
  • • Billing and subscription information will remain

Delete account permanently

Permanently deleting your account will remove all your data and information. This action cannot be undone.
  • • All data will be permanently deleted
  • • You will not be able to recover any information
  • • All subscriptions will be canceled
  • • Your team members will be notified

Organization actions

Transfer organization ownership

Transfer organization ownership to another team member. The new owner will receive full permissions.

Suspend organization

Suspending the organization will block all members from access while keeping all data.
  • • All members will be prevented from signing in
  • • All services and integrations will stop
  • • Subscription charges will continue
  • • Reactivation is possible at any time

Delete organization permanently

Permanently deleting the organization will remove all data, members, and settings.
  • • All organization data will be deleted
  • • All members will lose access
  • • All subscriptions and services will be canceled
  • • Data cannot be recovered
